What’s good

What it is
So it’s a small Lego Technic motorcycle in yellow. The Technic Yellow is simple, but it’s built well enough to balance on its own, so it stands upright for display. Underneath it’s got a chain drive that pushes the pistons near the front of the engine when you roll it, plus a steering column that turns the front wheel.
What I found using it
The two things I kept coming back to are the balance and the engine. It stands on its own, so it looks great on a shelf without needing a stand. And when you drive it around, the chain drive pumps the pistons, which honestly looks really cool for such a simple set.
Steering it with the little column adds some real play value on top of the display side. The Technic Yellow is not deep. You roll it and you steer it. But for how few parts this thing is, to me it feels like more than it should.
Who I’d tell to buy it
If you want a simple Technic set that looks nice on display and still has a working engine and steering to play with, this is an easy one. If you’re after a big, complex build, I’d look at one of the larger Technic sets instead.

Living with it
So this is a nice, simple little Technic motorcycle. The Technic Yellow is not trying to be a huge build. The Technic Yellow just balances well, looks good, and has a working engine and steering to mess with.
If you want something big and complex, this isn’t it. But for a small display piece with a bit of play in it, I think they did a great job.
